Lights out operations and 24,000 RPM Spindles keep our cost low and lead times short. Excelling in a variety of metals and plastics, Matrix specializes in high speed, high precision machining. Every employee receives employer funded education as well as customer specific training. Manufacturing personnel also keep stringent production controls virtually eliminating machine down-time. Turning

Whether your parts are large or small and made of 718 Inconel, A286 super alloy, aluminum, plastic, carbon steel, 304 stainless, 15-5ph, 17-4PH Stainless, or high silicon cast iron, Matrix excels in turning and live machining in a wide variety of materials.

Mechanical Assembly

A perfect compliment to our world class machining, is world class mechanical assembly. Structural bonded assemblies, helicoils, and complex hardware installations are our specialty. Paired with our textbook APSL suppliers, this creates flawless Box Builds and assemblies, allowing us to go higher in the BOM and relieve pressure for our customers.
